These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SteadyAndStrongWellness.com (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from us. “Steady & Strong Wellness,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Site. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users’ accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or using automated tools to scrape or overload it

Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a medical condition. 3. Accounts
You may need an account to access your purchases. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You’re responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and make purchases. Our kids and teen programs are intended to be purchased and supervised by a parent or guardian.
4. Orders and payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, if a product is unavailable, if there’s a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll issue a full refund.
- We try to describe products accurately, but colors and details of physical products may vary slightly from photos.
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, and shipping by our Shipping Policy.
5. Digital product license
When you purchase a digital product (such as a PDF guide or planner), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view, and print it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for yourself and members of your own household.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, forward, upload, or post the files, or links to them, publicly or privately
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the products, in whole or in part
- Use the products to teach classes, coach clients, or run programs for a fee or as part of a business
- Modify the products and claim them as your own, or remove copyright notices or branding
Purchasing a product transfers a license, not ownership. We may revoke this license if these Terms are violated. For questions about commercial or group use, please contact us.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products, including text, programs, designs, graphics, logos, photos, and printables, is owned by Steady & Strong Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. “Steady & Strong Wellness,” our logo, and our taglines are our trademarks. You may share links to our pages and brief quotes with credit, but you may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission.
7. User content
If you submit comments, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use it in connection with the Site and our business. You’re responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share it. We may remove content at our discretion.

We don’t guarantee any specific results from using our programs, and we don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Individual results vary.
10. Assumption of risk
Physical activity involves inherent risk of injury. By choosing to participate in any exercise or nutrition program from our Site or products, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for consulting your healthcare provider, listening to your body, and stopping any activity that causes pain or concerning symptoms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady & Strong Wellness and its owner, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steady & Strong Wellness from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Steady & Strong Wellness is registered, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
